Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from ORELVIQ.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

If an order needs to be changed or cancelled, contact us as soon as possible at lindseyshopi@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered processing.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on our U.S. store are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ORELVIQ currently ships within the United States.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
For orders under $75, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 7 days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after receiving the item, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
For ordinary returns, including returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if ORELVIQ sends an incorrect item, we will work with you to resolve the issue and will cover applicable return shipping costs where required.

Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store, but purchases made through our store are transactions between you and ORELVIQ.
Shopify is not the seller of products offered by ORELVIQ.
